I hit one of those ominous b-days and decided I needed and wanted to be in optimal health.  About that time a friend told me about her Fitbit.  It's been described as a "pedometer on steroids," and I have to say, it has changed my life. 

Fitbit tracks calories burned, steps taken, stairs climbed, your activity levels and even tells you if you are sleeping efficiently.  The stats upload wirelessly to your PC, IPad or IPhone, so you always know where you stand.  Will also sync with "My Fitness Pal" and "Lose It" to track your calories.

I now walk every day, eat better and have reached my weight loss goal of 20 pounds.  You owe it to yourself to be fit and healthy.  Fitbit is a great motivational tool!  Go for it!
